We are looking for an outstanding and flexible School Manager to lead all non-academic operations and actively contribute to the development and growth of BES.
The person will be the contact point for the families, will ensure that all school protocols are followed and will effectively and efficiently manage all school operations and facilities.
The ideal profile will desire to work in an international environment, be committed to the mission and vision of the school and have a high level of English.
Main Responsibility and Accountability Areas
• Work efficiently and effectively with the academic and non-academic teams to deliver the mission and vision of the school;
• Manage relations with internal and external stakeholders;
• Monitor the quality of food, product and service of the canteen;
• Support the enrolment process, secure the appropriate number of new students and be proactive in retaining existing students;
• Keep track of student data and provide reports as requested using specific software;
• Verify the complete and accurate preparation of enrolment contracts for new students, received from Admission;
• Manages the database of services sold ensuring consistency with contract data;
• Periodically sends information to the Administrative Area;
• Manage preserves contracts signed between the school and parents of students;
• Be responsible for site budget and verify with finance that every intervention and expense is aligned with the budget agreed;
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance is monitored and maintained;
• Liaise with the RSPP of the school to ensure the safety and security of the site and ensure compliance with GDPR policies and procedures;
• Ensure the Safeguarding of all children at the school;
• Manage and observe school entrance and exit time and be available for families questions or requests and ensure that risks are identified and where possible mitigated or managed;
• Be the operational point of reference for the site and act to deal with any required actions;
• Ensure that school trips and after school activities are carried out according to the plan and respond to any possible needs.
Your Profile
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent);
• Fluent in English ( C2) and able to work confidently in both English and Italian;
• Previous experience in International Schools would be a nice to have;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills;

• Be enthusiastic, energetic, and able to create positive working relationships;
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, flexible and supportive team environment;
